| Dear Exhibitors,
You are cordially invited to
send the enclosed application for our juried show. This
event is sponsored annually by the Bead Shak, located at
20431 Landon Rd. Gulfport, Mississippi, in the heart of
Harrison County.
The show is completely outdoors, no electricity is provided,
and your space may be on grass or asphalt. It will be
located at Chick-Fil-A, 11001 Highway 49, Gulfport
Mississippi.
Exhibitors will need to set
up on Saturday October 10th, between 7:00 am and 9:00 am. The
festival will open to the public on Saturday October 10th
from 9:00 am. until 6:00 p.m. Food will be available all day at
Chick-Fil-A.
An outside 10x10 space will
be provided. You will need to provide your own white tent,
chairs, table and anything needed to display your product.
There is no other available space beyond the 10x10 slot. You
may apply for more than one space. The entry fee is $50.00
until the deadline October 1st, 2009. The artist is expected
to attend the festival. All arts & crafts must be hand made
by the exhibitor. There is no buy/sell allowed, and any
exhibitor involved in buy/sell will be asked to leave the
festival.
All exhibitors must read and
agree to the Rules and Regulations enclosed and submit a
postmarked completed application as early as possible.
October 1st, 2009 is our final deadline. Include a check for
$50.00 made out to The Bead Shak, non-returnable pictures of
your product and booth set up and you making your product,
as well as a signed Hold Harmless agreement with
application. If accepted by the jury, your check will be
non-refundable for any reason. Please mail to Sheila Hodges
